cần giúp đỡ sửa lỗi khi cài win xp2

Mình cài xp2 trên laptop acer
khi cài thì máy báo lỗi như sau:
a problem has bên detect and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your conputer
if this is the first time you've seen this stop error screen, restart your computer. if this screen appears againt, follow these step
check for virus on your computer. remove any newly installel hard drives or hard drives controllers. check your hard drive to make sure it is property configured and terminated.
run CHKDSK/f to check for hard drive coruption, and then restart your computer.

trước máy dùng win7 nhưng do em dùng ko quen nên cài lại win xp, đã format lại cả ổ cứng rồi vẫn ko dc. mong dc sự giúp đỡ của mọi người.

có thể do lỗi RAM hoặc ổ cứng, bạn kiểm tra thử xem, dùng phần mềm này để kiểm tra RAM:

nếu nó kiểm tra ok 100% thì có lẽ là lỗi tại ổ cứng -> bảo hành là vừa

vô BIOS, kiếm trong tất cả các mục cái SATA NATIVE rồi chọn IDE hoặc OFF là cài đc
